Monthly. If you are a booked buyer, subscribe to our construction update email list at +91 99865 59998 to receive updates directly.

Under RERA, delays beyond the committed possession date entitle buyers to interest at 2% above SBI PLR per month of delay. Our team will communicate proactively if any milestone adjustment is required.
